Returns 

We will gladly refund any merchandise within 5 working days of receipt of your shipment. Returns must be accompanied with the original invoice. Any merchandise returned must be in its original box with all items present. There is a standard 30% restocking fee on all refunds. Shipping is non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, you will be charged for the shipping on all returns. Any merchandise that is returned with missing part(s) will be charged for the full replacement of the missing or damaged part(s). In addition, there will be a 30% restocking fee on any missing or damaged part(s).

Exchanges

We will gladly replace any merchandise within 5 working days of receipt of your package if you are not satisfied with your merchandise. Exchanges must be accompanied with the original invoice. All exchanges must be in its original condition including all the items. Exchanges are subject to management approval by email or call. If you received free shipping on your initial order, you will be charged for shipping and handing on your exchange shipment.

Warranty

The magic Microphone and its accessories carry a ONE YEAR manufacturer's limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident. Defects caused by tampering, unauthorized alterations or repairs and/or use of the product other than originally intended for are not covered by the warranty. Any defective product will be repaired or replaced with the same or like model. If return of the product is required, carefully repack it in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the problem. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handing charges on return for warranty items. Warranty is subject to management approval. On select items, Customers may need to ship the defective unit directly to the manufacturer for warranty repairs.
